Order Status
I received my order and there was a mistake.

Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. If your order status shows "shipped", then your order is on its way to you!

We send you an email notifying you that your order has shipped as soon as the shipment is processed. In some cases the tracking number will be sent via a separate email. Your shipment can be tracked using the following two websites.

USPS - United States Postal Service

FEDEX - Federal Express


How do I request a change or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable online.

In the event that you can no longer edit your order online, we need to hear from you as soon as possible; within 24 hours.  If the merchandise has already been entered into our system, it is unlikely we will be able to make any changes. In every possible case, we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you notify us of a change within 24 hours of order placement, likely we can make the change without any additional charges. 

If we are able to make a change to your order past 24 hours of order placement, there will be a $10 charge for any embroidery location changes and a $15 restocking fee for any size/color changes.  Substitutes for other items may fall under the $15 restocking fee condition as long as they are of equal or lesser value to the item originally purchased.  Changes to items that are higher price than the item originally purchased will constitute a $15 restocking fee plus any difference in price.

For security reasons and order accuracy, we do not make changes or cancellations over the phone.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. Your order status may show "processing" or "ready to ship" which means IT IS STILL IN PRODUCTION. When your order has shipped, it will show the status as "shipped". Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to track within the shipping company's systems.

Your shipment can be tracked using the following two websites.

My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.  Tracking numbers are also sometimes sent through a separate email and will not be displayed in "My Account / Order Status".  In this case, please check your email inbox for the tracking numbers regarding your shipment.  If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance at [email protected]
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.  Please note that tracking numbers may have been sent to you via email and may NOT be displayed in the "My Account" section.   If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

Please note that sometimes orders are shipped partially if an item is on back-order, in this case you will be notified and given the available options.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. In the rare occurrence that an item is on backorder, we will notify you ASAP via email or phone call.
